The KEY to getting lasting results is finding something you LOVE, can do consistently, and that constantly challenges you to challenge your body and mind. An avid gym goer, it just got too hard to justify the 90+ minute commute and workout time I was spending not to mention figuring out daycare for my kiddos. Don’t get me wrong--I LOVED getting out of my house and having some “me” time. But when a kid was sick, a babysitter cancelled, I was short on time, or the weather wasn’t great my gym time didn’t happen. That’s NOT how you get results.


So when I found my On Demand fitness library that I could use ANYWHERE, I was shocked. No more excuses. I could press play on a workout after school in the gym before tackling mom life at home, or bring it when traveling to a conference in my hotel room or even on vacation before hitting the beach or pool.

I LOVE TO EAT!


There, I said it and I don’t care who knows it. Food brings me JOY and is a way I like to celebrate life.


My problem was that I did not know how to eat for fuel, read labels, or keep portions under control. Do you agree that there is SO much noise out there today and Diet Culture, that one can truly lose their mind and never have any confidence at all with their eating habits? I do not do well with strict diets or restricting food groups and/or meal times. For me, I have to have something that is sustainable and I can do while going out or eating at home with my family. If results truly “are made in the kitchen”, then we need to make darn sure we are doing it right!


This is why I knew I had to get certified in two separate programs that I swear by for getting Nutrition Results WITHOUT having to stop living your life. Depending on your goals and lifestyle, there is a plan for you, busy friend.
