This community of workout buddies is amazing!! I am the type that needs the motivation and just knowing the others are pressing play inspires me to do the same! It’s all about mindset, which I have learned throughout this journey! We pump each other up, we hold each other accountable, and we transform into strong, healthy individuals!! I’ve had 4 kids, I’m a very busy mom, I work part time and I have TIME to treat myself to 30 minutes of ME time a day to get my workout it!! So happy I started this journey a few years back!!

“Last month I decided to hit the re-start button again as I was the heaviest I had ever been non-pregnant, and I was feeling tired, stressed, and drained. I started Muscle Burns Fat and set some realistic goals for myself. I am not a morning person and HATE getting up early. So I workout during my kids’ nap time mostly on my days off, or get up 45 minutes earlier on my working days that I plan to workout. After one month I am down 7 lbs, and feel so much better, both physically and mentally. The most important thing that I have learned through my health journey is to have grace with myself; its ok to stop and to re-start when you’re ready.”
