How I got Started
I NEVER would have thought I would be living the Entrepreneur life!
I said yes to the Coaching Opportunity while I was still teaching and had “no time”. Although I held a personal training certificate, an in-person CPT schedule is not ideal for a mom with little ones as a way to earn side income. I watched as other busy women were cutting back on hours, getting more time freedom with their family while staying home, and some even leaving their full time jobs all because of this from anywhere opportunity. I began to think, “why not me?”
How I got Started

I said yes to the Coaching Opportunity while I was still teaching and had “no time”. Although I held a personal training certificate, an in-person CPT schedule is not ideal for a mom with little ones as a way to earn side income. I watched as other busy women were cutting back on hours, getting more time freedom with their family while staying home, and some even leaving their full time jobs all because of this from anywhere opportunity. I began to think, “why not me?”
I committed to a simple clean eating meal plan with daily 30 minute workouts, got myself results and learned how to share my journey authentically on social media. I put in the work and created a little side business to help pay for some spending money while helping other busy ladies.
Then, in 2018 while on maternity leave with my third kiddo, I found out I was going to be losing my in-home family daycare when I came back from maternity leave. I had to make a choice: go back to teaching and send my young kids to Daycare where most of my salary would go or stay home and build my virtual coaching business while being there for them and still earning income. Cut to today, I am living the BEST of both worlds for myself and my family. Time with my kids to be the room mom and not miss the first steps and at the same time having something for ME that brings joy and purpose for my passion of health and wellness. Time Freedom is EVERYTHING.
Want to know the kicker? In the time it took me to get my double major in Health and Physical Education, is the time it took me to develop the time and financial freedom I now enjoy today. It did not take hundreds of thousands of dollars or time away from my family.
