A college friend and some late night “scrolling” helped me find SUSTAINABLE fitness and nutrition tools I could use at home or anywhere. The combination of accountability and motivation from other like-minded people allowed me to turn over a new leaf and stay CONSISTENT with my wellness habits through another pregnancy, post-partum and current NEW pregnancy.
Now, I use what I have learned to help other women take back control of their wellness and hit the goals they desire.

After having two kids, a serious lack of energy and horrible eating habits that were all keeping me from being the wife and mom I wanted to be, I knew I had to make a change.

Choose from over 60 options (Cardio, Weights, Dance, PIYO, HIIT, Running, Kickboxing and MORE) with times ranging from only 20 minutes for the really busy ladies to 60 minutes for those who like a longer sweat sesh. Dance Prenatal/Postnatal, unstress /mediation are an entire Yoga studio are all options as well for specific situations. I can help you find the perfect progressive program to hit those goals!
80% of results are made in the kitchen, right!? But eating well should NOT mean cutting out food groups or restricting cocktails and treats--we need it to be SUSTAINABLE. With two simple nutritional paths to choose from, I help women get started with these programs and support them on their nutrition journey until they can make the program a part of their everyday life. Once a program is purchased, you have access to my coaching and accountability for life as you work through the program.
Your ability to hit your health and fitness goals is only as good as your mindset and belief in yourself. As a Behavior Change Specialist and former negative inner mean girl believer 😉, the best thing you can do for hitting your goals is to get out of your own head and way and make it happen. We work on that every week in our groups and you are given a list of great reads and podcasts to work from based on your current needs and struggles.
